Sorry if I keep asking questions, but I was wondering at that point where you transition from visible abs to extreme rippedness, what did you do differently?
I'm at a point in my transformation where I think what's left is stubborn fat. So it's that phase where I can go from looking fit to looking ripped. So far the IF diet is working great and I have 5 weeks left (I'm currently doing a 10 week program), but are there any things that I can do other than just stick to the plan? Maybe do weekly refeeds instead of bi-weekly? Fat burners?

I would say if you've only been doing it for 5 weeks, then keep going at it. As long as you see you are making weekly progress, then you should be good.
If I remember correctly, it did take me longer than 5 weeks until I felt "ripped". I probably didn't feel "ripped" until week 9 or 10 of the 12 weeks.
Thanks Duong! Also wanted to ask how was Free Test? I'm thinking about doing a cycle while on this cut. Pros and cons? It looks like you really kept/packed on the muscles mass during your cut...do you think the Free Test helped?

Hey Charles, yes think the Free Test helped retain/gain strength and gain muscle during the 12 weeks.
I didn't notice any negative effects from it and only positive :)
