How to Build Boulder Shoulders

Shoulder pic taken August 2nd, after a chest and shoulder workout :)

Building big, wide shoulders has been something that I've always aimed to do in order to obtain an "aesthetic" physique.

Broad shoulders in which you can see a clearly defined separation between the deltoids and triceps/biceps, always look amazing. My personal favorite exercise for shoulders is the lateral raise :)

But I'd also like to share a great blog post which Dr. Andro from Suppversity.blogspot.com recently wrote, detailing the EMG activity of different shoulders exercises and which ones were the most effective. Check out the article at the link below:

thanks for the shout-out, Duong. By the way. Did you notice that Blogspot has recently been "fragmenting" your posts by not translating "&"'s "<"'s etc. when you edit a post? I had to revamp the whole SuppVersity EMG series yesterday, because he also "forgot" the line-breaks in the image captions so that what should be floating on the right suddenly filled the whole screen!

No problem Dr. Andro...your blog is great! I actually haven't noticed the issue with any formatting with blogspot but then again I haven't edited any posts recently.
